A worker at a Massachusetts restaurant acquired a massive tip final month when a customer bought her a successful lottery ticket, in line with studies.
Shirley Rose, 79, works at Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus, Massachusetts, manning the Keno lottery sport counter.
Rose wasn’t originally scheduled to work on Friday, Could 27, however she agreed to fill in for a coworker, in response to Boston 25 Information.

While she was working, a buyer named Eddie reportedly asked to purchase two $10 Keno tickets, one for him and one for Rose, the station reported.
Based on CBS Boston, the man asked Rose to pick the numbers. She chose 4, 6, 17, 18 and 79, using two vital delivery dates and her age, CBS Boston reported.
About 20 minutes after she put the numbers in the computer, she went again to test if the numbers had "hit," Rose told Boston 25 Information.

"Positive sufficient, it did, and it was over $600, because it advised me: ‘Do not cash,’" Rose advised Boston 25 Information. "You can’t cash anything over $600. You must go to the Lottery Commission."

In accordance with Boston 25 News, Rose checked the lottery app on her telephone, where she found the 2 tickets had gained $2,000 every.
"We had been like, ‘Oh, my god,’" Rose advised the station.

In keeping with CBS Boston, Eddie had some further luck on Friday with the delivery of his grandson.
Rose told Boston 25 Information that she’s grateful for Eddie’s generosity.
"He definitely is particular, and there’s one thing about him… I can’t thank him enough," Rose advised the station. "It provides you hope that there’s extra folks like him on this world than there are the bad guys."
